All items are subject to availability. A & R Medical owns the equipment that is stated in the rental agreement and must be returned in good working condition by the date stated in the rental agreement. In the event that this equipment is returned late renter will be charged $200/day until returned.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged
In the event that items become lost, stolen, or damaged in any way during the rental period renter takes full responsibility in covering all expensed for the replacement and/ or repair of the product. A & R Medical reserves the right to pursue prompt payment for the replacement and/ or repair expenses of the product via, invoicing, collection agencies and / or by reasonable legal means necessary.
The renter is the responsible party of the equipment and A&R Medical is not responsible for the field support related to this product. This includes:
- Field servicing of the product in the event of any malfunction
- Delivery and pickup services for a replacement
- Shipping for delivery or return of the product
- Coordination with another agency to replace, support or repair the equipment
A&R Medical is held harmless of any liability to support this rental equipment in the field renter is responsible for transporting the equipment to an A&R Medical location if maintenance, repair, switch or return is required. A&R Medical cannot transport persons if a mobility or respiratory device malfunctions and is not responsible for providing transportation arrangements in this event. A&R Medical will not pay any sum of money to another provider for any services involving the equipment nor will reimburse any sum of money to an individual for invoices paid.
