This product is available in one, universal size that fits most, but measuring your wrist can help you make sure that the Actimove Sports Edition Wrist Support Elastic Wrap Around is suited to you. With the help of a measuring tape, measure the circumference of your wrist.

Once you have noted the number on your measuring tape, check the chart below to see if it’s the right size for you.

Unwrap your support and place the pad onto the sensitive area on the inside of your wrist. With your opposite hand, hold the support in place, wrap it around your wrist and close the hook-and-loop. Then wrap the second, elastic strap around the wrist and close it. Make sure to wrap the wrist support gently to avoid tightness and numbness in the hand.

Close the hook-and-loop fastener before washing. You can hand or machine wash the wrist support using a gentle wash cycle (at 40°C/105°F) and a mild detergent. Do not bleach, dry-clean, tumble dry, or iron. Lay the product flat when drying and ensure it is completely dry before use. Avoid using laundry additives like fabric softener, brightener, or stain remover.
