Using it on your left hand

Unwrap your wrist support and slide your thumb through the opening of the Actimove Sports Edition Wrist Support Adjustable. With your opposite hand, pull the product into the direction of the back of your hand and wrap it around your wrist, then secure the strap. Make sure to wrap the wrist support gently to avoid tightness and numbness in the hand.

Using it on your right hand

Unwrap your wrist support and slide your thumb through the opening of the Actimove Sports Edition Wrist Support Adjustable. With your opposite hand, pull the product into the direction of your palm and wrap it around your wrist, then secure the strap. Make sure to wrap the wrist support gently to avoid tightness and numbness in the hand.

Close and secure the strap before washing. You can hand wash or machine wash the Actimove Sports Edition Wrist Support Adjustable using a gentle wash cycle (at 40°C/105°F) and a mild detergent. Do not bleach, dry-clean, tumble dry, or iron. Lay the product flat when drying and ensure it is completely dry before use. Avoid using laundry additives like fabric softener, brightener, or stain remover.
