Unfasten the thumb and wrist straps and slide your injured hand into the Actimove Sports Edition Wrist Stabilizer. The product comes with an integrated, anatomically shaped stay that should be positioned comfortably at your palm and wrist. If it sits on the back of your hand, take off the product, pull the stay out of the pocket and put it into the pocket on the opposite side so that the curve of the stay will rest on your inner palm and wrist. Then, slide your hand back into the wrist stabilizer and pull it towards your lower arm until it sits comfortably on your wrist. Secure the Actimove Wrist Stabilizer by closing the three straps with your opposite hand. Turn your hand around and secure the last strap.

Remove the metal stay and close the hook-and-loop fastener straps before washing. You can hand wash or machine wash the Actimove Sports Edition Wrist Stabilizer using a gentle wash cycle (at 40°C/105°F) and a mild detergent. Do not bleach, dry-clean, tumble dry, or iron. Lay the product flat when drying and ensure it is completely dry before use. Avoid using laundry additives like fabric softener, brightener, or stain remover.
