Place your foot on a flat surface, bending your knee at a 120° angle (about half a step beyond 90°). With the help of a measuring tape, measure the circumference of your thigh (hold it about 4 inches or 10 cm above the middle of your kneecap).

Once you have noted the number on your measuring tape, the chart below will help you find the right size for your knee support.

Step into the support through the opening, making sure that the wider side is facing upwards. Pull it up your leg and over your knee.

You can hand or machine wash your knee support using a gentle wash cycle (at 40°C/105°F) and a mild detergent. Do not bleach, dry-clean, tumble dry, or iron. Lay the product flat when drying and ensure it is completely dry before use. Avoid using laundry additives like fabric softener, brightener, or stain remover.
