Step into the support through the top opening where the logo is positioned, making sure that the heel opening is facing towards the back. Pull it up over your ankle until your heel rests comfortably in the opening.

You can hand or machine wash the Actimove Sports Edition Ankle Support using a gentle wash cycle (at 40°C/105°F) and a mild detergent. Do not bleach, dry-clean, tumble dry, or iron. Lay the product flat when drying and ensure it is completely dry before use. Avoid using laundry additives like fabric softener, brightener, or stain remover.
