This product is available in one, universal size that fits most, but measuring your ankle can help you make sure that the Actimove Sports Edition Ankle Support Adjustable is suited to you. With the help of a measuring tape, measure the circumference of your leg just above the ankle.

Once you have noted the number on your measuring tape, check the chart below to see if it’s the right size for you.

Unwrap product completely. To stabilize the outer ankle, place the conforming elastic heel loop around your heel with the strap directing towards the lateral (outer) side of the leg, then pull the strap diagonally towards the inside of the foot. Wrap it under the arch of the foot and pull it diagonally across the instep, wrap around the ankle joint and close the hook-and-loop fastener. To stabilize the inner ankle, place the heel loop around your heel with the strap directing towards the inner side of the leg and follow the steps as explained above.

Make sure to close the hook-and-loop fastener strap before washing. You can hand wash the Actimove Sports Edition Ankle Support Adjustable using a gentle wash cycle (at 40°C/105°F) and a mild detergent. Do not bleach, dry-clean, tumble dry, or iron. Lay the product flat when drying and ensure it is completely dry before use. Avoid using laundry additives like fabric softener, brightener, or stain remover.
