With the help of a measuring tape, measure the circumference of your forearm four 4¾ inches below the elbow.

Turn the upper part of your elbow support inside out and slide the bandage up your arm until the Motion-Comfort-Zone is resting on your elbow crease with the outer pelotte pointing towards the bony prominence on the outside of your elbow. While unrolling the upper section over the elbow, ensure that the bony prominences on both sides of your elbow are located in the circular cut-outs of the two pelottes.
You can hand or machine wash the Actimove Professional Line EpiMotion using a gentle wash cycle (at 30°C/85°F) and a mild detergent. Do not bleach, dry-clean, tumble dry, or iron. Lay the product flat when drying and ensure it is completely dry before use. Avoid using laundry additives like fabric softener, brightener, or stain remover.
