Slide the donning aid over your foot with the longer side under the foot. Turn the upper part of your Achilles tendon support inside out until you have a good grip on its heel area. Pull the product over your foot and the donning aid. Remove the donning aid from underneath the support by pulling the tapered end. The shaped pressure pads should be located parallel to your Achilles tendon on both sides. If desired, place one heel wedge into each shoe with the flat side down in order to balance leg lengths.

You can hand or machine wash the Actimove Professional Line AchilloMotion using a gentle wash cycle (at 30°C/85°F) and a mild detergent. Do not bleach, dry-clean, tumble dry, or iron. Lay the product flat when drying and ensure it is completely dry before use. Avoid using laundry additives like fabric softener, brightener, or stain remover.
