Slide your hand into the Actimove Arthritis Care Wrist Support and place your thumb through the opening on the side. Pull the support up your arm until comfortable.

You can hand wash or machine wash the Actimove Arthritis Care Wrist Support using a gentle wash cycle (at 40°C/105°F) and a mild detergent. Do not bleach, dry-clean, tumble dry, or iron. Lay the product flat when drying and ensure it is completely dry before use. Avoid using laundry additives like fabric softener, brightener, or stain remover.
